The Marathon GG-W-113 field watch was a utilitarian legend. And now, the company is bringing it back with this flawless re-interpretation of the original used by the U.S. Army in the 1980s. The watch features a 24 Jewel NH35 self-winding mechanical movement, a significant upgrade from the quartz model. The movement sits beneath sapphire crystal glass for scratch resistance and durability. The dial also has an hour scale with military double rows, while each marker is illuminated by a green tritium tube, with a tube at 12 o’clock that glows orange.
